The Hallowed Breach is an Axe piece of the Hallowed Protectors crafted set in Diablo III. It requires character level 70 to be used. The level 60 version is the Hallowed Storm. It is the only weapon of the set that is not class-specific, therefore any hero willing to dual-wield the weapons from this set will have to pick the Hallowed Breach.
