The Amphors were an amphibian, sentient species native to the planet Barstool. They lived in settlements under the water, and were ranked as about 0.7 on the sentience scale. When humans settled on their world, however, they quickly classified them as animals, and virtually exterminated the species in less than thirty standard years. (SK1)
