The Necrotic Wilderness of Q'yann is a netherworld known and used by necromancers for their own ends. It is a particularly harsh place, capable and even likely of driving the unprepared mind completely insane upon merely seeing it, let alone moving through it. Whatever inhabitants and energies it may possess are unknown. The only other surety about it is that Mawn Pretagorus, a necromancer who dwelt in Blackhaven, had an open portal to it in his home, and whilst there was able to create a Hand of Glory from the potential held within the wooden hand of a convicted criminal.
