The Treeka'dwra was a religious figure in Dreekan Voodoo. It was a messiah-like figure, a transforming beast-god. It was said that the Treeka'dwra would return to save his people. When Philip Garret's Cythosi side was gaining power, he encountered the cultist, who believed that he was the Treeka'dwra. He started to believe it himself, and thought that the Krill were his minions, sent to purge the unworthy. (PROSE: Storm Harvest)
