this happened to me just a minute ago, what you need to do is grab some spreadable butter and get the tiniest bit on your index finger and rub it by the material and zip then pull with your teeth, it may take two or more tries but it works !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
