Cetagandan Imperial Security was an agency that handled the internal security of the Celestial Garden and to some extent, the Cetagandan Empire. They were responsible for the security of both the Emperor of Cetaganda and the haut-women of the Star Crèche. About a decade later, after becoming the Chief of Imperial Security, Benin helped defuse an incipient war between the Cetagandan Empire and the Barrayaran Imperium.
