The Administration District was the southern section of the Black Hole, a region of the Labor Valley on the planet Corellia. The Administration District was south of the Refinery District, where most of the hypermatter refineries in the area were located, and was dominated by HyperMatter Tower. During the battle for the Black Hole in the aftermath of the Battle of Corellia, the Sith Empire maintained a foothold at Horizon Outpost as they battled the Galactic Republic and the Coronas gang for control of the region.
