Space Primary Schooler Blue is a space child in Space Channel 5 Part 2. He's taken hostage by a mutant plant commanded by the Rhythm Rogues at Space Park. Like all of the other children under Mr. Nervous' supervision, his fate lies in Ulala's dancing skills.
