Latha Mabrin was a male Bajoran who lived in the 24th century. Latha was a smuggler, arms dealer, and member of the Shakaar resistance cell of the Bajoran Resistance during the Cardassian Occupation of Bajor, and became a vedek when the Occupation ended. In the year 2359, Latha built a plasma charge that the Shakaar resistance cell used to attack Gul Morad Pirak's home near Hathon.
