Prior to the formation of the United Planetary Federation, a fleet of private, corporate and militia ships formed into the Second Common Muster to deal with the threat of Sathar Invasion in 2 PF. THe fleet was under the command of Admiral Morgaine, who immediately moved the fleet to the Cassidine system. They fought the Sathar until the Battle of Two Fleets, which ended in with most of both fleets being destroyed.
