Spellbind is a slender mage that lived in Cove during Ultima IV. The Stranger met Spellbind along with Shaman, Charm, and Circe, in a clearing in a wood in Cove. Spellbind said that she knew about the Codex of Ultimate Wisdom. Specifically, she said that one needed to know the combination of the Three Principles to reach the Codex. She also said that the combination of the Three Principles equals the measure of time and space.
