If the player leaves the Distant Tundra without collecting the Heroine's Tear, then comes back with Winged Pikmin , a glitch may occur. If Winged Pikmin are ordered to carry the fruit back, they will lift it up just a little bit too high to get through the exit to the cave in which the Vehemoth Phosbat is fought. They will get stuck right at this point, and while in this state they cannot be called back to one of the Captains. More Winged Pikmin can be added to the fruit, but this will do nothing. The fruit and the Pikmin will remain stuck for the rest of the day, and the item will not be able to be retrieved until the next day.
