Banan Team, officially known as NAVSPECWARCOM/NAVSPECWEP/Banan Team, was a SPARTAN-II unit attached to the 38th Naval Fleet, and unofficially garrisoned aboard the Halcyon-class light cruiser UNSC Mikhail Kutuzov. On April 23, 2548, Banan Team and the Kutuzov went missing while on a deep strike mission behind Covenant lines.
