Dawn Priest Bram is one of two dawn priests in the Vestibule at Temple. The only information he tells is about cleaning the vestibule. You can kill both Bram and Blane (they will both attack you if either one is attacked) without it affecting your reputation negatively, netting a good amount of experience for an easy fight. Bram is the more powerful of the two. Cannot be pickpocketed with a skill of 70.
