An extremely versatile technique developed by Hinoka, the user employs their mastery of the Ice Release in order to rapidly drop the temperature in a precise area by either looking or pointing at the intended area. This allows the user to employ various strategies such as quickly forming thick sheets of ice from preexisting bodies of water in order to form a powerful defense or chilling the heart of a flame in order to extinguish the blaze. While it is unable to cause severe damage, the wide variety of applications grants the user a tactical advantage over most opponents.
