Royano was a male Valzhan, and a Guardian in service to the Ancestral Commission in the mid 24th century. In 2376, was charged with bringing the jelokarem of Clan Briphachi to its former patriarch, Saraven, and with informing him that his clan had been absorbed into another, the Clan Iggrazo.
