Shattering Yuan Shrapnel is a thumb- sided pitch-black shrapnel. They are about an inch long and had sharp jagged ends. Although they were small, one look would reveal that these tiny items were in fact deadly weapons. It has a strong penetration effect and they would be perfect to defend oneself and conduct sneak attacks. They are also wrapped with a layer of Mental Energy. These shrapnels are crafted from the Shattering Yuan Metal fragments.
