Oscar J. Castillo is an actor who portrayed the role of Hot Dog Vendor in New Amsterdam. Oscar is a graduate and scholarship recipient of the University of Miami Drama Department, where he was a regular at the Ring Theatre with lead and supporting roles such as Protean in A Funny Thing Happened..., Willie in The Time of Your Life, Doody in Grease, and was named to the all-star cast for his performance as Elmer in The Happy Journey at the University of Miami District Drama Festival.
