Dino is a land-based manatee, also known as a dog. He first appeared on Earth approximately 4-6 years ago, though there is some dispute this his origin. His name is derived from the Greek word deinos, meaning terrible or fearsome. Most scientists agree that Dino lives up to his name and studies have repeatedly listed him as the most awful beast to currently walk the Earth.
