Reggie Walsh was the security guard who work at Kelvin North America. Walsh was working the night of the theft but requested, the next day, that he be reassigned after the robbery. He was tricked by Beckett and Castle into confessing his passive role using the actors and sets for the 'Nikki Heat' movie that was filming at the time.
