Once considered being an anchorman when he grew up, under the name of "Charles Stallion". Tends to have ideas that eventually leads to him, and sometimes even Lamb Chop and Hush Puppy, into trouble, resulting in him getting grounded. Charlie Horse also tends to be a troublemaker and hates the idea of having to be nice to Hush Puppy and Lamb Chop whenever Shari tells him to, and he usually has to despite not wanting to. Charlie Horse appeared in "The Shari Lewis Show", and in "Lamb Chop's Play-Along", and later starred in his own spin-off show, Charlie Horse Music Pizza, about a singing pizzeria.
