The Dwarven(WE) High Councilmen, a robust Dwarf of 103 years of age. Duran was a smith for most of his life, until he crafted his masterpiece, an axe named Shadowbane. At that point he retired and helped with the establishment of the Dwarven Museum of History. He now lives with his family in Anghor, travelling to West End often for business or pleasure. While gruff, Duran is an excellent stratigizer and planner. He is a valued member of the council.
