This group was formed with the primary objectives of apprehending the revenge-obsessed Sousui and restoring the Shadow Organization to its rightful state. Composed chiefly of resigned and then current members of the Group of Twelve, they lead an attack against the Sousui's army, which included several of their brainwashed former comrades.
