Phineas and Ferb can't think of what to do. They watched TV for 32 miniutes, but still can't think of anything. Where's Perry? Asks Phineas. Perry enters his lair, and learns that Doof is doing a freeze-Inator. When Perry enters Doof's lair, he traps him in a cage. Doof says he's going to blast the restaurant called Rest,Urant, because they said the Hot Pockets were $100, and he's going to freeze them. Meanwhile, Phineas and Ferb are still thinking of what to do. Candace builds something and is going to tell mom that Phineas and Ferb made it.
