Duke Hilam of Keir (pronounced HIGH-lahm of KAYR) was the brother of King Ain of Tusaine and Count Jemis. He was the Prime Minister of Tusaine, and saw himself as a conqueror. He mobilized troops on bank of the Drell River, thus starting the Tusaine War.
