Loyal thugs of Scarface, Rhino and Mugsy provide the brawn and...not so brawn to the pair. Rhino and Mugsy are none too bright, but provide the needed muscle that the weak Ventriloquist and wooden Scarface are unable to output. When the Batman comes to defeat Scarface, he sends out Rhino and Mugsy to take care of him. They are used to lifting heavy objects.
