Peach takes out the Vibe Scepter and uses its power to grant her special abilities for a short time. For ten seconds Peach will be in the Rage phase, damaging those that touch or get close to her but heavily slowing her down as well. Then Gloom settles in, slowing down time for opponents for five seconds. Then Joy begins, increasing Peach's launching power for ten seconds. Then Calm begins, which heals Peach over time for fifteen seconds. The Final Smash could be said to end once Joy ends, though it doesn't officially end until Calm ends, even though it isn't an attack phase. During this time, Peach will hold the Vibe Scepter and it will glow different colors to indicate what phase the Final Smash is in.
