The exact time of Thrax's birth and his rapid growth remains a mystery, but he first became active against the Power Rangers when he united the Operation Overdrive villains together to strip the Rangers of their powers. After being defeated by the Veteran Rangers and Operation Overdrive Rangers, Thrax would be ressurected years later secretly by the Dark Lord, Beelzebub, in order to move the Apocalypse along.
