After Twilight and the gang cured Mitchel from the bad cupcake, they find out who made the bad cupcake. It was Applebloom, Applejack's little sister. The reason is because she was worried that she thought she might be in danger and she planned to stay in Japan with Mitchel and the girls. But, after this whole mess, Applebloom is so sad, she runs away for no reason.
