Phineas and Ferb's old enemy Mitch has returned, kidnapped the Flynns and Flecthers ,and taken over Flynn and Co. Meap rescues Julia and Adrian, and they go off to rescue their family and retake Flynn and Co., but Mitch has dispersed his robot army to capture them.
