The bias skirt, cut in four sections, falls in an easy flare. A purchased or self belt may be used. In style I, the contrasting collar and sleeves are finished with scallops and a bow. Styles II and III have keyhole necklines and the tie collars form a bow at the center front. In Style III, the sleeve and tie collar are of contrasting fabric. 10 pattern pieces.
