Dave Gilroy is a forward who came through the Rovers youth system, progressing to the first team squad in the summer of 2001. He played 18 league games and three cup games while with Rovers, scoring one goal in the FA Cup first round replay against Runcorn FC Halton in 2002 and none in the league.
