1st Battalion, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 501st Legion (Airborne) was an airborne-qualified infantry battalion of the 501st Legion, Imperial Army during the Sith-Imperial War and the Second Imperial Galactic Civil War. Qualified for air assault and battalion-scale airborne operations, the battalion was reputed as one of the 501st Legion's prestigious units. Its members partook in infamous combat actions during the Second Imperial Galactic Civil War in the Thyferra and Tatooine theaters of operations.
