Keith "Spaceman" Lane is a Flight Lieutenant of the Systems Alliance, as well as the Chief Helmsman of the SSV Midway. He is nicknamed "Spaceman" because during flight training, he opened the airlock and walked outside to fix a problem with the wing while his spaceship coreened out of control towards Luna.
