(extends over shoulder) has round neckline, rectangular collar on band, (cut in one). Full length sleeves are gathered into narrow buttoned cuffs. Edge-stitching, flared, back-wrap, bottom of calf length skirt with front and back pleated and gathered into slightly shaped waistband with D-ring closure has slightly forward side seams, patch pockets and edge-stitching.
