Geoff Hinsliff has played three roles in Coronation Street but it is for the role of Don Brennan that he will be best remembered. Appearing in the programme from 1987 to 1997 he has continued to act since leaving the show. Credits include roles in Adam Adamant Lives!, Z Cars, Doctor Who, Holby City and Brass in which he was a regular cast member, playing the role of working class George Fairchild. He also played Cyril Edmunds in five episodes of Accident. His first two roles in Coronation Street were Vincent in 1963 and Eric Bailey in 1977.
