Fire grue is a type of monster in ADOM. Like all grues, they are construct demons with corrupting attacks. Like most creatures of fire they are immune to heat, but highly vulnerable to cold spells — something certainly worth bearing in mind for physically weak spellcasters trying to survive against them. Some fire grues are found in the fire temple atop the Tower of Eternal Flames; they are very rarely found in other dungeons.
