World War III was a globar war in the Gun Guy franchise that lasted from 2028 to 2043 and involved the vast majority of the world's nations including all of the great powers eventually forming two opposing military alliances: the Allies and the countries that followed the World Empire, a large empire wanting to control the world tyrannically.
