Drake Ravine was a politician in the Galactic Republic until his death in 6 BBY. Drake was a strong supporter of Chancellor Palpatine, and was one of the main reasons he became Chancellor. He continued to support the Emperor and made sure all his laws and resolutions were passed through the Senate. It is believed that Drake, given his powerful build, also acted as an assassin for the Emperor. Later in his life, in 7 BBY, Drake traveled to Dagobah, as instructed by Darth Vader. The Sith Lord sensed strong presence of The Force there.
