The games are being run by an organizing comitee (the CO, Comitê Organizador, sometimes called the BQVC - Belo Quinto Vexgames Comitee) made of representatives from the Department of Sports of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of Porto Capital, Belo Quinto municipal officials, directors from the International Vexgames Comitee and technical experts from several national Vexgames boards, such as the Shaelic Vexgames Comitee and the Davenport Baseball Association. The CO is led by Andrei Almeida, head of the Department of Sports.
