Reghar the Emperor of Zeman was born in cyberspace in 1998. His family crest opposite is on display and is revered by his people. His cyber-name of Reghar was changed to Reghar73 in 2004 due to a problem in the cyber-universe. There are imprints of Reghar's cyberprints all over the cyber-universe. Reghar met Keve69 who recruited Zeman into the Union of Integrated National Entities Since then Reghar has been a member of MCXA, UCoN and GPA. He is currently at Pax Corvus.
