The Royal Hereditary Eastern Asseronian Plutocracy of the Solustants was created around 51 to 48 BBY the actual founding date was in 48 BBY, after the defeat of the Autocracy. The Plutocracy was created from the remains of the fragmented Autocracy after the west succeeded from the Autocracy. After the Battle of Västlig the Autocracy was weak and falling apart and so the Solustants found that it would be a better society if they created a new government headed by their own people. It was at first created by three families, House Vipht, House Binpht, and House Alipht. Located on the planet of Asseron the Plutocracy was where the wealthy ruled the poorer.
