The Congress for Liberty (CfL) is a major international party organisation. It is devoted to spreading freedom and democracy. It also supports tolerance with regards to civil rights and a market or mixed economic system. According to the Congress itself, it considers 'human rights and freedom as highest values', unlike some competing organisations like the Alliance of Terran Republics or the International Monarchist League.
