Devin LeMaster was a citizen of Rapture who gave his friend advice on how to get a woman. He instructs "Jimbo" to first buy her a teddy bear at Ryan Amusements' Gift Shop, and then go on the Journey to the Surface ride with her and wait for the scare in the first tunnel to make his move.
