José Policarpo Magalhães (b. January 7, 3337, d. February 3, 3416) was a Tukarese politician. He was the Chancellor of the Democratic Republic of Tukarali from March 3388 to April 3403 and subsequently became President of the Democratic Republic, holding office between 3404 and 3412. Earlier, Magalhães held the Cabinet portfolios of Justice and Internal Affairs under the Chancellors Getulio Araya and Gerard Thomas.
