Eugene Netter was born in 599 ATA, in Wedgecrest, close to the Wedgeport section. He was raised into a happy, loving family, and his they had a decent amount of money for being citizens. His father, Henry, came from a proud line of fisherman, (Also the reason their last names were 'Netter') and took his job very seriously, fishing out on Wedgeport for a career.
