Eileen Grimshaw is the current owner and lives there with her son Todd, her current partner Pat Phelan and Todd's partner Billy Mayhew. The house contains a dining room, hall, kitchen and small front room on the ground floor, and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the upper floor. It also has an outside toilet in the backyard.
