Erskinefauld Road II is a 5 storey tower block on Erskinefauld Road in Linwood. It was one of a cluster of six but 3 have been knocked down since 2002. They were built in the 1960s as the town of Linwood expanded due to the opening of The Rootes Car Plant. The Plant closed in the 1980s and demand for affordable housing in the town decreased and as a result, the remaining blocks on Erskinefauld Road are in threat of being demolished too.
