Levi March, aka Glenn Fordyce and The Griffin, was a wealthy man who was a suspect in the death of his girlfriend, Abby Sherman, in 1983. He was caught 20 years later in 2003 after he recovered from being shot in a robbery. He fled to Canada but was arrested and extradited. An anti-corporate activist, March's defense was that the government killed Sherman to frighten him into silence.
