Crabbe is a miner found at the entrance to Orobas Fjords. As you face the giant warrior statue, he is just behind it to the left. He tells you about a mine which has been overrun by imps and asks if you could clear it out so that mining can start again. This is the quest Red Ore Alert. If you mind-read Crabbe, you will be able to find Red Ore, 'more quickly and easily'.
